We are looking for a junior associate to join our team to support a partner and her caseload, consisting primarily of employment law and sexual abuse cases (against schools, doctors, and therapists). The position involves direct client work with sensitive populations, depositions, mediations, and regular court appearances. We offer a flexible work environment, including extensive remote work. Propound and respond to written discovery.
Draft and respond to motions.
Take and defend depositions.
REQUIRED Skills and Experience:
1 to 3 years’ litigation experience
Experience taking and defending depositions, arguing motions.
Excellent written, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to prioritize litigation workload and manage time.
JD and California Bar License required.
