- Bilingual in English/Spanish
- Strong customer service skills
- Full-time, in-person role
Responsibilities:
- Manage pre-litigation files from A-Z
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Handle insurance claims and property damage resolution
- Coordinate client medical care and appointments
- Assist with procedural explanations and documentation
- Monitor case progress, review records, and prepare demand files
Job Details:
- Full-time position
- Pay: Up to $75.00 per hour
