Employment Defense Attorney (hybrid schedule)

Our civil litigation defense firm a labor & employment attorney to join our team. Our firm places an emphasis on strong legal work and excellent service while focusing on preventative counseling and a results-oriented approach to litigation.
The associate attorney would work closely with an established team of litigators and robust client base and would have significant opportunities for growth and advancement. Ideally, the associate will have ample employment litigation experience and be able to handle a caseload with minimal supervision.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Admitted to the California Bar.
4 - 8 years of experience in a law firm or in-house setting.
Preference for labor and employment experience, however general civil litigation experience is welcome.
Has experience managing cases independently, subject to input from supervising partner.
Has ample experience taking depositions and arguing motions in court.
Excellent legal research and writing skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
