Your Role Although our growth has been exponential, it’s been driven primarily by organic referrals— a testament to our competitive pricing/products and unmatched closing speeds. But the reality is that we won't get to the top unless we're able to generate immense brand awareness within the real estate investor communities. We're looking for someone who is able to learn quickly on the job about what real estate investors care about. In turn, you will be able to launch relevant marketing strategies and to host offline events to stay at the forefront of their minds.

You are a quick study, able to catch up on domain knowledge and grasp our value proposition quickly. You need to excel at researching & empathizing with prospective customers to understand their values and identify effective marketing strategies.Nice-to-have Marketing Expertise
You have a high degree of agency and independent ownership. You're someone who is excited to handle projects on your own and have the ability to measure the feasibility and profitability of your work along the way.
You're a killer executer. You will produce results and positive ROI in a hands free management setting. You are able to quantify and take calculated risks.
You can communicate effectively to our customers and internal management. The person in this role will need to be an empathetic listener to real estate investors to understand their journey and struggles. You will also be able communicate concisely on projects, timelines, payback period, net impact, etc to our CEO and Head of Business Development.

Qualifications
US Undergraduate Degree at a 4 year university (3.5 GPA required)
Fluent English
2+ years in a Marketing role (start up preferred)
Ability to work full time in office in the Bay Area (Menlo Park/Palo Alto)
