We are currently seeking an Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Administrator (DEI Partner)/HR Admin Assistant. This role work in the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Committee serves as the main body to implement the Firm’s DEI Strategic Plan and to effectively coordinate DEI activities to achieve maximum impact. Under general direction, the Assistant will provide administrative coordination and support on a day to day basis to the DEI Committee. The Human Resources Assistant provides administrative support in functional areas of the Human Resources department, including Recruiting and Professional Development. This position offers responsibility to a self-motivated, energetic and highly organized individual with a strong customer service-focused attitude.
