An exciting employment opportunity for an associate attorney, to work in our clients Intellectual Property practice group. Two years of patent prosecution experience required. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, demonstrate a commitment to ethics, be highly motivated and hard-working, be able to work with minimal supervision, and have excellent writing and communication skills. Candidates must be an active member of the Utah Bar, or be willing to take the Utah State Bar exam. If not currently a member of the Utah Bar, applicants must be a member of the Bar of another U.S. state. Must also be a Registered Patent Attorney, or be willing to take the patent bar exam.
