Our client is actively recruiting an associate with 4-6 years of experience to join the Benefits & Executive Compensation practice group in their Chicago, Indianapolis, Minneapolis, New York, Philadelphia, or Washington, D.C. offices. An ideal candidate will have experience with ERISA and ESOP litigation. Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, a can-do, problem-solving attitude, intrinsic motivation, and strong academic credentials are required.
