Job Opportunity: Executive Compensation Associate
Are you a midlevel associate (3rd to 6th year) with a passion for executive compensation and benefits? Join our large and well-established law firm in Century City as an Executive Compensation Associate.
Responsibilities:
As an Executive Compensation Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Drafting and analyzing equity and non-equity incentive compensation arrangements, deferred compensation arrangements, employment agreements, and severance and change in control arrangements.
- Preparing compensation and benefits-related sections of SEC-required securities filings.
- Identifying and resolving executive compensation and benefits issues in mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and other corporate transactions.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- 3rd to 6th-year associate experience.
- Superior academic credentials.
- Strong written, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and handle individual responsibilities effectively.
Salary Range:
The salary range for this role in Century City is
$250,000 - $370,000, representing the firm’s good faith minimum and maximum at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend on factors like experience, qualifications, and location.
