The Ideal Employment Law Associate:
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of exclusively employment law experience.
Strong academic record, superior legal research and excellent writing skills required.
Must be licensed to practice in the State of California.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and respond to motions, attend depositions, propound and respond to discovery, prepare matters for trial/arbitration/labor commissioner hearings, attend hearings, attend mediations, and try cases to completion
- Develop strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively for clients
- Defend and litigate against employee related lawsuits
Qualifications:
- Employment Law: 2 Years (required)
- Licensed to practice in the state of California (Required)
- Strong written and oral communication skills (Required)
- Bilingual- Armenian/Spanish (Preferred)
