P.I Pre-Litigation Attorney Full Job Description Busy, high volume, and reputable Personal Injury Firm seeks a Litigation Attorney to join our team. The Attorney we are wanting to hire:

Is WA licensed
Has a professional demeanor, ethical, reliable, and stable
Has excellent negotiation, communication, organizational and written skills
Is proficient at using a computer (tech-savvy) and knowledge of computer programs such as saving documents in folders, typing, Word, Excel, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, and case management software.
Dependable and punctual
Spanish speaking would be a plus, but not required.

Additional required experience and responsibilities:
Review and audit personal injury cases
Review retainer agreements with clients
Research legal issues
Draft correspondence, pleadings, motions, orders, and other legal documents
Negotiate with adjusters to obtain the highest possible settlement
Regularly communicate with clients and instill confidence in them so they trust you to handle their case and will become repeat clients, and raving clients and fans - Which means returning client calls in a timely manner
Defend and take depositions
Assist with recorded calls
Attorneys with Criminal Law experience looking to switch to Personal Injury
We are a rapidly growing, results-oriented Personal Injury Firm looking for the right candidate for our team! **Please email resume with work history, number of trials completed and number of cases that you can manage (if applicable) SALARY expectation and any other supporting documents such as a writing sample. **The candidate applying for this position, must be vaccinated against COVID-19. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits:
5 days PTO for every six months available.
Basic ins plan coverage or application of the same amount towards any other health ins plan after 90 days.
Educational materials and expenses, subject to management approval.
4% retirement match after a year employment.
Paid Holidays after 90 days.
Short-term disability ins after 7 days and long-term disability after 30 days.
