Salesforce Developer - NOT A REMOTE Position

This Lender is seeking an experienced and certified Salesforce Developer to provide ongoing development for the company’s Salesforce instance.

The successful candidate will have strong Salesforce experience and enthusiasm for building a career in the Salesforce ecosystem. They will have the ability to develop in Salesforce and also the opportunity to collaborate with the key cross-functional team members to create practical solutions and optimize business processes and workflows in our Salesforce org.

  • Provide development solutions for our Lightning-based Salesforce org
  • Elicit and document requirements for new functionality requests across a cross-functional team
  • Design and implement specific initiatives to improve data hygiene and security
  • Improve Marketing, Sales, and Operations throughput and efficiency
  • Work with business managers to develop solutions to issues and help define requirements to improve workflow and deliver process improvements
  • Manage sprint implementations and version migrations
  • Research third-party plug-ins and add-on application packages to support ROI analysis and make recommendations for integration
  • Lead integration with third-party applications and plug-ins, including web service APIs
  • Advocate and evangelize adoption and best-practices across all users
  • Create and maintain documentation, including training documentation and release notes
  • Assist with scoping and planning various projects and initiatives to help create operational efficiencies
  • Perform routine administration functions for Salesforce, Pardot, and other third-party integrations
  • Comply with all enterprise governance guidelines
