We are currently seeking a National Sales Manager focusing on Wholesale and Correspondent channels, who can bring with them, a team Wholesale Account Executives – small or large, while also maintaining a pipeline of their own.
In addition to consistent competitive pricing, territories offer minimal to no broker overlap, creating an opportunity for the originators to maintain their current customers, and developing new ones, while offering modern technology, process, and service.
We have a competitive compensation plan, base plus commission, Medical, Dental, and 401k.
• Bring a team, small or large of Wholesale Account Executives at the start.
• Maintain a small pipeline of personal production.
• Recruit new talent
• Develop, Support, and maintain a dynamic sales team.
• Work with internal partners to learn process, procedure, and guidelines.
• 5 or more years wholesale lending management experience, developing, supporting, and maintaining a sales team, while adding quality customers.
• Thorough product knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, and FHA guidelines.
• Autonomous, and self-motivating to add production to the overall company volume.
• Demonstrated ability of knowledge of customers within the territory, as well as the competitors within the area, and the ability to sell around the competition.
• Computer skills to master wholesale online Loan Origination System (LOS), and ability to teach sales team and their customers, how to use LOS.
• Relationship building internally and externally, to learn process and procedure policies, with the ability to teach and educate these practices to sales team, and customers.
• Understanding of current industry compliance polices.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
