Immediate need for Scan Clerk!! 

Job Purpose: Under general direction, work as part of the Scanning Dept. team to upload documents to document management software, aiding Firm efforts to maintain a paperless environment. Duties and Responsibilities: • Scanning of documents • Review of documents for content • Naming of documents • Communication with internal and external parties • Data entry • Filing • Other tasks as needed Skills/Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail oriented, a quick learner, possess good verbal and written communication skills, have pride in work product, and be comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining workflow in a past paced environment. Candidates should have previous experience in data entry, operating scanning machines, be computer literate (Adobe Acrobat and Outlook are used primarily), and have good reading comprehension skills.
