The position is responsible for working with lenders, borrowers, workout specialists, and the boarding team to prepare loan documents from workouts, modifications, and extensions. Responsibilities include:
Processing loan modification/extension documents, forbearance agreements, miscellaneous assignments
Billing and booking invoices
Follow-up on terms and conditions with the workout department
Collections on past due loan payments
Additional duties as needed to comply with the new AB 3088 law
10 days of PTO (accrued) for the first full year
PTO resets the first of the year for everyone, any unused accrued PTO is paid out in a lump sum
Blue Shield of CA health and dental after 90 days of employment
Paid in full (other than a $10/paycheck admin fee) for the employee.
401K after one year of employment
The company matches 100% of the employee’s contributions up to 4% of their salary
7 paid Holidays (does not include MLK or Veteran’s Day)
Hours would either be 8-5 or 9-6. OT is available if needed, but needs to be approved.
