We are seeking an Executive Assistant for doctor. This will be in a hospital environment located in Los Angeles. Candidates must be able to do a 8 hour shift.
- Answering phones, screening visitors, making travel arrangements, preparing reports, filing and organizing documents, recording meeting minutes, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks
- Will be the doctor's final eyes on excel and power point projects. Will need to be tech savvy, punctual, and personable.
