Position: Patient Coordinator
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Duration: 3 months contract with possible hire
The Patient Coordinator provides patient-families with a positive experience at Cleint by performing clerical tasks primarily associated with answering incoming calls, registration, and patient check-in/out procedures, collection of patient co-pay or deductibles, scheduling and verifying patient appointments.
Minimum Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum Experience: One year experience in medical front office setting.
Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
Excellent telephone manner and ability to deal effectively with the public.
Basic knowledge of computers, filing and organizational skills.
