Real Estate Attorney needed Immediately! 

Currently seeking an attorney with 2 - 6 years of real estate experience.

Academic Requirements: Outstanding achievement, including law school record, references, and proven drafting, negotiating and client service skills. Our lawyers generally ranked high in their class at top tier law schools.

 Admission to CA bar: Preferred but not required initially.

Type of experience: Working on transactions in which the candidate took on an active and substantial role; working with long-term clients in a strategic or advisory capacity. Book of business not required.

Type of work: Opportunity to work on a broad range of interesting, complex and often high-profile real estate transactions with a diverse clientele of institutional, private and public entities. Most of our matters require a generalist skill set in financing, leasing, purchase and sale, development and joint venture formation.

Level of responsibility: As much responsibility as the candidate’s experience, skills and willingness allow. Degree of client contact: A high degree of client contact at all levels.
Travel: Generally not much travel. Certain transactions will require travel.

Billable hours: We have no formal billable hour requirement. Our lawyers work hard. Commitment to the firm, clients and matters is what counts.

Practice Area Summary: Our firm handles broad-based real estate transactions, including acquisitions/ dispositions, real estate finance, development, commercial leasing, private equity/joint ventures/entity planning, land use, environmental review (CEQA/NEPA) and remediation, public-private partnerships and other real estate related matters.
