Responsibilities • Initial contact with potential client immediately after receiving • Relentless follow up with all incoming leads through a variety of communication methods (email, text, phone, etc.) • Complete thorough intake process with potential clients • Vet incoming leads to determine if they are viable cases • Log all communication attempts to leads • Walk potential clients through the claims process/what to expect • Walk potential clients through new client documents (retainer, HIPAA, etc.) • Sign and retain new clients • Establish client’s case file in CASEpeer • Schedule attorney-client consultations, as needed • Facilitate introduction between client and case manager upon signing the case • Generate weekly status reports for management • Assist case managers with admin tasks for opening claims Benefits • Benefits: Health insurance, paid vacation, monthly office events/outings, paid holidays, 401K, casual atmosphere Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour • 401(k) |
