Requirements:
Must have previous law firm experience
Organized and detail oriented
Strongly analytical with excellent problem-solving skills.
Knows how to prioritize tasks and delegate them when necessary
A person who acts with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Able to travel frequently
Can motivate and work with a team
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software
Must be Covid Vaccinated
Responsibilities:
Oversees general office operations
Supervises and mentors team members
Delegates to and manages team members ensure maximum productivity
Purchases office supplies and equipment and maintains their proper stock levels
Supports set up of new hires in office in coordination with IT and Human Resources
Creates analytical models and tools to organize office operations
Is the figurehead for client experience; supports client questions and concerns when needed.
Reports to the Office and Expansion Manager on all financial and operational metrics
