A local Wine and Spirits Distributor is seeking an Accounts Receivable with Customer Service focus.

The Accounts Receivable/Customer Service position is an important part of the daily responsibility of Operations. This position includes processing and applying payments either by EFT, (Electronic Transfer) credit card, physical checks from customers and third-party payment options.
The representative must feel comfortable talking on the phone to sales, management personnel and the customers. It is important that the person be a good communicator and act as a team player with all departments.

Duties & responsibilities include but are not limited to:
 Application of funds received via checks, electronic transfers, credit cards and ACH transactions
 Be responsible for maintaining invoice files and pulling the daily invoices from the correct cabinets that correspond to the payments
 Upload invoices for payment into the customer EDI systems
 Completion of daily bank deposits for California, Arizona, Nevada and Washington companies
 Be able to problem solve and research differences in invoice totals
