LoanStream Mortgage is in search of talented Lock Desk specialists. We will support you with an ongoing comprehensive training curriculum that will set you up for success. What we ask you to bring to the table are your lock desk experience, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

The Lock Desk of the Secondary Marketing Department is responsible for the locking of all loans. From the receipt of the lock request from our internal Mortgage Loan Officers and/or the approved OCMBC third-party originators to the final investor lock.

Responsibilities

Compensation Commensurate with Experience


This is a full-time position that requires regular, reliable and punctual attendance. To perform this job effectively, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.


 
  • Strong knowledge of investor underwriting guidelines.
  • Software applications to include but not be limited to Encompass. Optimal Blue
  • Hedging and Capital Markets concept and execution.
  • Experienced with CFPB, Compliance and RESPA 2010 requirements.
  • Working knowledge of all operational departments to include but not be limited to Funding, Processing and Closing Departments.
  • Pipeline Management in regard to closed loan delivery to investors.
  • Maintain investor relations.
