Customer Service Rep

We are looking for detail orientated and responsible Shipping and Customer Service Representative for a wholesale garment manufacturer and importer company located in the East Los Angeles Area. 

Preferred Skills/Qualifications
  • 2+ years Customer service experience
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft office – Excel, Outlook and understanding of EDI program
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Must be willing to occasional travel to Las Vegas to assist with trade shows 
  • Must be eligible for work in US (Work Permit, Permanent Resident, US Citizen)
Main Responsibilities
  • Customer service, order entry /follow up
  • Take in-coming calls and assist customers with quotations, order placements, and return authorizations.
  • Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
