We are looking for detail orientated and responsible Shipping and Customer Service Representative
for a wholesale garment manufacturer and importer company located in the East Los Angeles Area.
- 2+ years Customer service experience
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft office – Excel, Outlook and understanding of EDI program
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Must be willing to occasional travel to Las Vegas to assist with trade shows
- Must be eligible for work in US (Work Permit, Permanent Resident, US Citizen)
- Customer service, order entry /follow up
- Take in-coming calls and assist customers with quotations, order placements, and return authorizations.
- Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
