Job Duties:
TOP 3 DUTIES
1. Manage the Calendar & Lead Tracker
2. Preapprove Clients
3. Disclose and submit complete file to Underwriter
Manage the Calendar & Lead Tracker / Answer all incoming phone calls and Follow up within 2 hours, and Add all leads to lead tracker. Set all appointments for Team Leader, no exceptions
Update referral source every time you attempt to contact lead.
Confirm all appointment the day before and if you leave a message, call the day of as well.
Give verbal list of documents required for pre-approval
Email confirmation of appointment with list of documents required, Include borrower, agent, and team leader and LO on email.
Preapprove Clients: Complete 1003 – including pulling credit, Gather and review submitted documents, Complete income worksheet, Run AUS to Send Pre-approval letters to agents and borrowers.
Disclose and Submit complete file to UW, New contracts – introduction to real estate agents via email
* Email L.O. to do a warm/fuzzy call to both agents
* Email Client to set up application signing
* All executed disclosures
* All supporting documents
* Maintain current knowledge of investor guidelines
