Admin Assistant

Position: Admin Assistant
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Duration: Contract with possible hire

** High priority admin support.
Will be helping with logistics of New Leader Launchpad and additional HR operations I9 audits.
Heavy calendar scheduling.
Must be very polished with email composition due to working with senior leaders, venue bookings, and reporting.
Must be proficient in Excel and very organized**

Minimum Education: High school graduate. Bachelor’s preferred. 

Minimum Experience: 1-3 years professional office experience. Advanced secretarial and administrative experience. Catering and meeting planning and support preferred.
