On-Site Apartment Manager – Multifamily Property

Location: Pasadena, CA
Pay: $23-27/hr

We are seeking a dependable, hands-on on-site apartment/resident manager to help maintain and oversee a multifamily residential property. The ideal candidate is handy, proactive, organized, and willing to assist with cleaning and general upkeep as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic repairs and routine maintenance.

  • Clean common areas, hallways, and other shared spaces as needed.

  • Keep the property grounds and common areas clean and presentable.

  • Assist with vacant unit preparation and move-in/move-out inspections.

  • Respond to resident concerns and coordinate maintenance requests.

  • Monitor property conditions and report issues to management.

  • Coordinate vendors and assist with day-to-day property operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous property management, maintenance, or building operations experience preferred.

  • Basic repair and troubleshooting skills.

  • Willingness to clean and perform hands-on property upkeep.

  • Dependable, organized, and able to work independently.

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
