Attorney - Elder Abuse

Location: West LA

Pay Range: $200K - $275K+ bonus for each case settled

Compensation will depend on direct elder abuse experience, litigation and trial background, and overall qualifications

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Active California Bar license in good standing
5+ years of relevant litigation experience
Direct experience handling California elder abuse and dependent adult matters
Plaintiff-side experience is strongly preferred
Nursing home, assisted living, rehabilitation facility, and healthcare abuse/neglect matters
Wrongful death and serious injury cases involving elderly or dependent adults
Ability to independently manage cases from intake through resolution
Strong experience with complaints, pleadings, motions, discovery, and mediation briefs
Experience taking and defending depositions
Experience working with medical records, medical experts, investigators, and other experts
Hearings, mediations, arbitrations, settlement conferences, and trial experience
Strong case valuation, negotiation, and litigation strategy skills
Excellent client communication and case-management skills
