The Role

We're seeking a mid-level litigation attorney (3–7 years of experience) to manage a caseload of personal injury matters from litigation through resolution, including:

• Drafting and responding to pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Taking and defending depositions
• Conducting legal research and preparing case strategy
• Negotiating with opposing counsel and insurance adjusters
• Preparing for and attending mediations, arbitrations, and trials
• Collaborating with paralegals and support staff to manage case files efficiently

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with the State Bar of California
• 3–7 years of litigation experience (preferably in personal injury, civil litigation, or insurance defense)
• Strong courtroom presence and deposition experience
• Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently
• Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $150,000–$250,000, commensurate with experience
