Demand Writer Personal Injury

We're looking for a Demand Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate is coachable, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within the firm — we're committed to investing in our people's long-term development.

Position Responsibilities

Draft demand packages to insurance companies
Read and comprehend medical records and billing
Summarize case facts concisely and build persuasive liability arguments
Write with excellent English grammar and clarity
Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Maintain strong attention to detail

Position Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills required
Strong understanding of personal injury case types (auto accidents, premises liability, slip and fall, etc.) preferred
Familiarity with insurance claims processes and adjuster negotiations a plus
Ability to interpret medical terminology, diagnoses, and treatment codes
Experience calculating damages (medical specials, lost wages, pain and suffering) a plus
Comfortable managing a high-volume caseload and meeting demand deadlines
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
Background in English, writing, paralegal studies, or pre-law preferred
Experience with personal injury case management software (e.g., CasePeer) a plus
Spanish fluency a plus
Prior experience at a plaintiff-side personal injury firm strongly preferred

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
