Litigation Paralegal

A prestigious law firm is looking for an ONSITE experienced Litigation Paralegal. You will work with 2 attorneys in the Class Action Division managing 30-60 wage/hour cases at any given time. They are looking for a long-term player who wants to grow with a great team. The work environment is balanced, professional and serious about growth. The position is offering up to $75k/yr plus an annual bonus

The ideal candidate will have:

2-3yrs Litigation experience
Fluent in Spanish
Comfortable with all stages of litigation from filing a complaint to settlement stages (A-Z)
Consistent experience in litigation: Answering and Propounding Discovery, filing, and intake
Familiar with State and federal courts, and comfortable writing letters to clients
Understands how to calendar deadlines and ability to keep attorneys on top of everything
Familiar with procedures of a civil case, knows the basics and background in litigation
Knowledge of PAGA, Wage/Hour, Class Action in Employment Sector is a PLUS but open to training here
Have a great personality, pleasant to be around, agreeable, able to work under pressure, organized, has good response time and good communication skills
