Full Job Description

We are looking for experienced and professional litigators with 2+ years of strong experience. Candidates should have experience with a broad range of personal injury, workers' compensation, and/or employment issues including workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes.

Employment background and trial experience are preferred, but not required.

Candidates must have significant experience:

• Case management in litigation
• Handling discovery (including taking and defending depositions)
• Drafting pleadings
• Preparing and arguing motions

Candidate must have excellent writing and analytical skills, with the ability to think outside of the box and work well under pressure and deadlines. Must have experience in law and motion, taking and defending depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and be in good standing with the state bar.

Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
