ARC: Advanced Records Center Staff Attorney

We have an immediate opening for a staff attorney in our Advanced Records Center. The staff attorney will handle Public Records Act requests for our municipal clients throughout California and ideally Nevada as well, and supervise a team of dedicated paralegals and reviewers. Extensive experience with and substantive knowledge of the Public Records Act, as well as extensive experience with e-Discovery are both required. E-discovery certification preferred. This is a non-partnership track position that will require travel to client offices and courts throughout those regions.
