PAY RANGE: $90K - $110K (Based on experience)

REQUIREMENTS/JOB DETAILS:

• Personal Injury and Litigation Experience is a MUST
• Assisting trial team from filing of complaint through trial
• Propound and respond to extensive discovery
• Draft various Motions, Oppositions and Replies
• Draft pleadings and other documents such as declarations and exhibit lists
• Calendaring
• Noticing Depositions and other Hearings
• Setting up CourtCall and Appearance Attorneys
• Organize documents for filing
• Drafting correspondence
• Special projects as needed
• Understanding of Personal Injury, both in the pre-litigation and Litigation phases
• Bilingual: English and Spanish Fluent - Huge Plus
