Our client is looking for  tech support/Help desk Techs with ticketing experience and call center experience.  The candidates will  work on the incoming helpdesk ticketing queue and log into the helpdesk call center at all times.  They resolve basic support issues and other issues that can be resolved quickly. The  ideal candidate is someone with solid helpdesk (first point of contact) experience and an overall solid technical foundation.  The  client has a pretty diverse and complex user and application base they support so this person would not just be doing account unlocks and resets.

LAN/WAN - TCP/IP
Microsoft Exchange
Windows Server
