Our client is seeking a Sr. Admin Aide with strong Excel, phone and admin skills. Must be committed to the full year. 

Work days are Monday to Thursday (with every Friday off). 
Work hours: 7 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Able to work within a small team of 3-5 but also must be able to work independently and stay focused
Good with Excel (Intermediate to Advanced level skills)
Good typing and phone skills
Very detail oriented
Soft skills a MUST (great personality, show up on time, reliable, customer service oriented)
Help support client supervisors and employees with tasks in client proprietary system(s)
Must be a fast learner
Eager to help
College degree NOT required
Some familiarity with corporate training and safety a plus but not required
Work in proprietary client system and database to track employee's corporate training and specialized training by title, job type, seniority, etc.
Check and verify training complete
Check and verify correct training assigned 

** Overnight Travel to another office location, about 2 hours away, may be required but contractor will be reimbursed for all travel expenses (gas, mileage, hotel, meals, etc.)
