The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and personal support to CEO of company.
This position requires the successful candidate to have an outgoing personality, strong initiative, motivation, excellent communication and organization skills, and is capable of balancing multiple and changing priorities under limited supervision. This position requires ability to maintain boundaries between supporting executive and working with staff, clients, and vendors.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in related field preferred.

  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of file management, transcription and other administrative procedures.
  • Ability to take direction positively.

  • Ability to exercise sound judgement and to manage the flow of confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize conflicting work or demands to successful completion
  • Demonstrated ability to accurately, efficiently and effectively manage and maintain workloads and calendars of multiple individuals.
