Client Support Administrative-Executive Assistant

We are a recruiting and consulting company located in Pasadena, Ca. We are currently looking for an administrative assistant/personal assistant with the following responsibilities:
  • Client Support: Calling a list of current accounts to schedule meetings and interviews, rebuild relationships with accounts that may have had little contact recently.
  • Reviewing and helping with responses to RFPs.
  • Screen candidates, fix resumes, update into a system, confirm interview times and resumes for accuracy
  • In addition, we are looking for someone to support the CEO and VP of Operations for personal research and to coordinate calendars between personal and business.
  • Support with marketing material (email marketing, coordinating with freelancers, social media, scheduling proposal reviews by software companies)
  • Conducting follow up calls, scheduling as needed.
  • Other duties as they arise.
Must have:
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; strong web experience
  • A willingness to learn and have a great attitude and the ability to work well with our team. A happy, upbeat attitude that will take on any task with a eye for detail. This applicant must be proactive with a tremendous costumer service outlook.
