Business Development Sales Associate--Social Selling Learning and Application Opportunity

We are a family business, specializing in talent acquisition, learning, and digital marketing headquartered in Pasadena, California, 15 minutes to Old Town, Pasadena and about 5 minutes driving to endless hiking in San Gabriel Mountains. We are dynamic and versatile offering multi-channel services to our clients.
We're looking for a Business Development Sales Associate who can use traditional means of gaining new business along with social selling (digital tools) to gain business. Experience in social sales is nice, as is a curiosity to learn more about social selling.

  • Targeting and identifying leads through any means, i.e. personal/professional relationships, networking, social media, news, and publications
  • Managing and acquiring new business, being able to go after and GET new business through phone calls (cold calling), LinkedIn messaging/networking, setting up in person meetings, and attending professional events
  • Manage the sales process through consultative selling approaches
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Stay organized, utilizing Excel and CRM for tracking calls and scheduling
  • Being creative, trying new services and approaches
  • Must be web and tech savvy
  • Consistent track record in meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proven experience identifying and closing new account opportunities.
  • Ability to manage sales through developing and delivering client presentations, managing client relationships and staying abreast on social and digital landscapes.
