POSITION SUMMARY:

Ideal candidate has working knowledge of healthcare insurance company with Explanation of Benefits kits (EOBs) and Evidence of Coverage kits (EOCs) experience and is familiar with compliance letters, medical terminology and yearly open enrollment materials.
 
Key Responsibilities 
  1. Work with clients to manufacture a final printed product from client specifications
  2. Decipher and write a business plan necessary to fulfill the requirements of the client
  3. Develop business and implement jobs through programming to manufacturing
  4. Write specifications to guide programmers and client's team, as well as drives the manufacturing process of the product
  5. Customer Service - assures that the client’s jobs are developed accurately with client specifications, and keeps customer and sales informed of status, progress and problems associated with production
  6. Assures that all jobs successfully go through production on a timely basis in keeping with established client schedules and billed promptly
 
Qualifications
  • Must have an understanding of workflow and some database knowledge to run functional specs and write programming instructions Must have a background in project management within the printing environment, heavy on the digital printing side
  • Proficient in Excel Knowledge of manufacturing processes, print planning, job ticket design, internal job tracking
  • Background in project management and knowledge of electronic and paper media production, including digital and offset printing Understanding of health care compliance Understanding the aspects of mail and fulfillment services, postal requirements
