Provide Senior Technical expertise for Client with responsibilities related to end user support, asset control asset management, new hire set-up and decommissioning during on-boarding and post off-boarding, with key support for System Administration tasks (switch port verification, Encryption support, Printer and vendor escort support). Experience with Windows 10 required.  7-10 years of experience required. Any Certification is a plus.
Other specific responsibilities include:
  • Leverage existing processes and tools for problem resolution of desktop/end point applications, end user support within Client corporate guidelines for image, asset management and disposal guidance. 
  • Facilitate manual and local scheduled and out of cycle tasks across boundary applications, infrastructure (servers, network devices, etc.) and end user workstations.
  • Respond to Incident Response and Contingency Management events.
  • Comprehensive entry of results/problem ticket update/close record for reference & to develop accurate and actionable remediation support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate asset records, coordinate with local and corporate Asset Management principals and Government Property as needed. (incl. physical inventory and asset disposal at various frequencies)
  • Maintain required technical training and certifications commensurate with IT/Cyber role/responsibilities.
  • Experience with Windows 10 required.
  • Mentor peers as needed. 
  • Any certification is a plus.
