Key Responsibilities-

This Senior Analyst position will provide Level 1, 2, and 3 supports for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Products. Support includes but is not limited to trouble shooting and resolving technical, operating process associated to the use of the WMS. Support also involves configuration, implementation and change tasks. This is a customer (internal and external) facing position. This position will collaborate with various teams to address simple to complex requirements, behavior, incidents and requests. The development of supplementary components, like scripting, to complete the core WMS product can also be expected to be sourced from this position.

• Functional Architect, Design, Configure and Implementation of our WMS product
• Monitor, analyze, communicate, collaborate and escalate to resolve incidents and requests submitted via email, phone, ticket queues and in person.
• Identify, propose and execute continuous improvement opportunities.
• Administer software application training and maintain user training materials.
• Lead and Mentor team members (WMS specialists and analysts).
• Collaborate with other product team members
• Lead projects.
• Develop and maintain knowledgebase articles.
• Execute implementation and change tasks to the WMS
• Design and develop level 2 scripts/queries that supplement the core WMS product
• Execute tasks that contribute a level of analytics
• Application and Integration testing, certification and quality assurance.
• Administer User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Execute tasks to evaluate and resolve trouble tickets, issues and incidents
• After-hours support on business-critical items.
• Travel when required.
• Performs other related duties, as assigned.



• Subject Matter Expert with the Manhattan SCALE and WMOS for windows WMS Product
• College degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience with implementation, execution and support of warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Experience with Supply Chain Management services like transportation, yard, labor and billing management systems
• Proficient in providing L3 support for Manhattan SCALE and WMOS for windows Product
• Proficient in MSSQL.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications.
• Experience and good in providing application user training.
• Strong and experienced in the configuration and execution of User operating devices like RF, label and forms printers, work stations, tablets and smart. 
• Strong in data integration products and solutions.
- ANSI X12, XML, CSV, etc….
- Com protocols like FT2, AS2 and VAN services
• Very strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, collaboration, written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task projects and responsibilities.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Travel to other facilities may be required.
