The client is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a contract to hire position starting October 1st, 2018 or sooner.

The  candidate MUST HAVE Intermediate level PowerPoint and Excel skills with EXCELLENT Word and Outlook skills.
The  candidate should be a self starter with the ability to work independently.

Must be able to clear drug screen, background check and credit check

  • Types drafts, assimilates and distributes correspondence for President and Senior Managers.
  • Assists the CEO in managing his email and phone communications.
  • Maintains pending item lists for all Management Team members and assures adherence to timeframes.
  • Schedules conference rooms for Board Meetings and Staff Meetings.
  • Organize, assemble and distribute correspondence for Management and the Board including the monthly Board Package.
  • Handles all reservations/registrations for staff and officials as well as making travel arrangements and scheduling executive appointments.
  • Maintains corporate files and proper filing of all correspondence.
  • Must comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
