Worker will process customer hardware and software IT requests via ServiceNow Incidents or Service Catalog Tasks including: 

Job Responsibilities:
• Receive assigned work from ServiceNow; either an incident or Tasks for Hardware or Software.
• Review ServiceNow requests and determine if request/order should be handled by internal group, or place an Ariba order with one of the suppliers.
• Work with ServiceNow request system to submit requests for software installation with deskside technicians, and provide them with the program and license key data as needed.
• Responsible for maintaining any software procurement details in the SAM database and user details.
• Ability to perform advanced searches in Excel and Windows directory for related materials while researching any existing and relevant purchases or licensing.
• Work with the deskside support team to request their services for software installation via ServiceNow request or task.
• Administer the I.T. Software Asset Management program including processing, reconciling, auditing and correcting I.T. software asset transfer documentations, policies and 
procedures and making sure we meet regulatory requirements.

Experience Requirements:
• Latest version of ServiceNow.
• Latest version of Ariba Procurement system.
• Comfortable with processing and managing Incidents and Service Catalog Tasks.
• Knowledge and ability to process orders, request orders and resolve orders.
• Ability to search and analyze data in data repository systems.
• Work with the deskside support team to request their services to install software, via a ServiceNow request or task.
• Collaboration with deskside support teams to fill service requests. 
• Advanced (MS Office) MS Word, Excel and Outlook skill set.
• 3-5 years in IT Asset Management experience.

Education Requirement: 
• HS Diploma minimum
