Field Business Development Manager

JBA is a 30 plus years company servicing companies in recruitment and talent acquisition. We are in an expansion mode and are looking for Business Development Managers in Los Angeles and Orange County area who are hunters, entrepreneurs and self-motivated. The successful candidate should have at least 3 years of outside sales experience (Recruiting Agency Sales is a Plus) with the ability to understand customer pain points and develop solutions to help them meet those.

  • Prospect and qualify account opportunities
  • Develop a pipeline of new opportunities while closing existing opportunities
  • Identify and create business needs with senior leadership
  • Create and communicate the value of JBA solutions with prospects and clients
  • Build relationships at all levels within organizations
  • Develop a detailed territory plan
  • Develop individual account strategies to effectively penetrate accounts
  • Develop a thorough understanding of each account industry and business
  • Collaborate internally and with key stakeholders to drive deals.
  • Able to demonstrate previous sales success
  • Experience selling recruitment or digital marketing a plus
  • Consistently overachieving annual sales
  • Having an existing book of business is a HUGE plus.
  • Must have a smartphone and laptop
  • Reliable car
This is a 1099 position. We pay bonus for every signed contract you bring, 30 % commission on every placement made, bonuses and more. You can make 6 figures very easily and be your own boss.
