Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

  • Identify and warmly greet our potential customers as they make inquiries through various channels.
  • Listen to customers’ needs and understand what they are asking
  • Write up tickets, schedule follow-ups, and escalate as needed.
  • Use your upbeat personality to engage new leads and get them excited
  • Maintain detailed notes in our CRM, logging all interactions and client information, to enhance overall business intelligence and streamline ongoing engagement.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Has previous sales experience (in any industry)
  • Thrives in a high speed environment and can multitask among inbound calls, chats, emails, and other inquiries.
  • Enjoys talking to people, is engaging and credible, and can influence client decisions as a trusted advisor.
  • Is curious and inquisitive about technology and enjoys using and growing their technical skills and knowledge base.
  • Is proficient with basic computer and web navigation and is a fast typer.
  • Prefers working early morning shifts when our east coast clients start their day

Bonus Points For:

  • BA or BS degree.
  • CRM experience (especially Salesforce).
  • Previous experience providing sales for a technical product to businesses or organizations.
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role with a project management or consultative focus and helping coordinate and sell technical solutions.
