International Bank is looking for Loan Services Assistant Manager who will administer the overall function of Loan Services Department. Ideal Candidate will be able to develop bank-wide policies, procedures, and operating guidelines associated with loan services. Position will offer a competitive salary and full benefits package. 

Qualification & Prerequisites
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, commercial lending, or related field is preferred.
  • 7+ years experience in loan and credit processing, e.g. loan review, loan documentation is preferred.
  • 5+ years of supervisory or managerial experience is preferred
  • Full application and working knowledge of credit service and operating procedures, loan review and documentation.
  • Formal credit training or related certification is preferred.
  • Interpersonal, verbal and written communication, advanced PC skills, supervisory, leadership and time management skills are required
  • Fluency in Chinese Mandarin not required but preferred 
Job Duties
Loan Services Management
  • Evaluate, plan, and direct the standardized workflow of the overall function in Loan Services Department to support the Bank for achieving the business objectives.
  • Establish practice protocols associated with loan services, execute and enforce all practices to support the Bank’s business objectives.
  • Organize and allocate the resources and manpower in Loan Services Department
  • Address and resolve the staff management and other human resource issues under supervision
  • Lead the staff under supervision by giving clear and specific instructions. Plan and assign tasks to appropriate staff on daily, routinely, or special case basis and deliver the result that is expected
  • Conduct annual staff performance interviews for the training and development purposes.
 Staff Management
  • Train and develop the staffs to improve job skills, efficiency, and productivity
  • Conduct annual staff performance interviews for the training and development purposes
  • Improve productivity and efficiency for effective expense control
  • Perform related duties, as required, for the training and development purposes.
  • Performing all assigned duties under Bank’s compliance programs and related laws & regulations. 
  • Successfully complete all mandatory training on related Bank’s and BSA compliances as well as other laws and regulations as assigned in a timely manner.
