 The Contract and Supplier Management Administrator will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for assigned business leaders and vendors, assuming accountability for delivery of services and communicating appropriately.
• 3-5 years relevant experience (strategic sourcing / supply chain / purchasing / contract negotiation).
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Experience with managing and delivering across business units and geographical boundaries
• Excellent interpersonal communication and people management skills
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Exceptional contract negotiation experience
• Project management skills
• Demonstrated consulting and problem solving skills
• Self-starter, able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
• Results orientated
• Experience working with stakeholders
• Supplier management experience required
• Facilitating SOW execution
• Negotiating contracts to benefit Farmers with cost savings and to protect from auditing
• Willing to learn new tool to support day-to-day job
• Basic-Intermediate MS Office skills preferred
• Excel experience required
