Marketing Manager

A fast-growing plaintiff-side personal injury law firm based in Century City, dedicated to securing top results for our clients. We're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our brand presence, drive client acquisition strategy, and manage marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive case intake and brand awareness
• Manage the firm's digital presence, including website, SEO/SEM, and social media accounts
• Oversee paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media, and other channels) and track ROI
• Coordinate with outside vendors and agencies (PR, design, video, print)
• Manage content creation — blog posts, client testimonials, case results, press releases
• Track and report on marketing KPIs, lead generation metrics, and campaign performance
• Plan and execute community outreach, sponsorships, and firm events
• Maintain brand consistency across all firm materials and communications
• Collaborate with intake and attorney teams to align marketing efforts with firm goals

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 3+ years of marketing experience; law firm or professional services marketing experience preferred
• Strong understanding of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing)
• Experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
