  • Collaborate with intake, litigation support, and leadership to move cases efficiently

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–7 years of California workers’ compensation experience
  • Active member of the California State Bar
  • Strong deposition and litigation skills (or a clear desire to develop them quickly)
  • Ability to independently manage a caseload and meet deadlines
  • High level of responsiveness, organization, and accountability
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience)
  • Performance-based bonus structure tied to case outcomes and productivity
  • Significant upside potential for high performers
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Clear path to senior attorney and leadership roles

Why EFLL

  • High-volume, high-value caseloads with strong support systems
  • Proven systems designed to move cases efficiently and maximize value
  • Leadership that invests in your growth and expects excellence
  • Collaborative, driven culture with a focus on results and accountability
  • Opportunity to be part of a firm that is redefining plaintiffs’ practice at scale
