Duties will include:
Assisting trial team from filing of complaint through trial.
Propound and respond to extensive discovery.
Draft various Motions, Oppositions and Replies.
Draft pleadings and other documents such as declarations and exhibit lists.
Calendaring
Noticing Depositions and other Hearings.
Setting up Court Call and Appearance Attorneys.
Organize documents for filing.
Drafting correspondence.
Special projects as needed.
Requirements:
Thorough understanding of Personal Injury, both in pre-litigation and litigation phases.
Previous experience as a personal injury litigation paralegal.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Strong attention to details and work ethics.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
