Responsibilities

Represent clients in lemon law cases and other related consumer protection matters

Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents

Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients throughout the litigation process

Participate in settlement negotiations and mediations

Handle court appearances and hearings when necessary

Manage staff

Our firm is one of the largest plaintiff’s firms in California. We have since expanded to Nevada and will soon be licensed in Arizona and other states. We currently handle personal injury and worker compensation claims but have been receiving an increase in lemon law inquiries. Acquiring cases will not be an issue. We are actively searching for a highly proficient and motivated attorney to assume the role of Lemon Law Managing Attorney. This presents an exceptional opportunity for an individual who possesses a wealth of experience, unwavering determination, and an aspiration to elevate their career to new heights. The ideal candidate will be tasked with nurturing the growth of our Lemon Law Department and will undertake the responsibilities of a managing attorney, essentially becoming a pivotal partner within the Lemon Law Department. While our principal office is situated in Los Angeles, we remain open to the prospect of establishing a new branch to facilitate the expansion of the Lemon Law Department.
